Day 18 - Saturday, March 28

Sleep - good - 7 hours - start/stop - poor - woke up at 11

Consumption - very bad

Breakfast - eggs, sausage, bacon, rice, buttermilk biscuit
Snack, lunch, snack, dinner -burgers, hotdogs, ribeye, chili, chips and salsa, potato salad, and brats
